Youth Training Schedule
Exercise and motor development skills are important for all children to use in this day and age.
Katzenmoyer Performance is dedicated to the challenge of helping young people raise their fitness levels and improve their overall health.
We believe it is important for children to develop good motor development skills and fitness habits in order to eliminate the potential for injury and also develop the improvement of the child.
Young athletes and children who want to participate in youth training will be well supervised by a Katzenmoyer Performance personal trainer.
Every training session follows a carefully structured plan is implemented into a motor development/strength training program designed designed to provide balanced development while maximizing results.
Katzenmoyer Performance will create a fun, productive workout that will assist in the development of each individual in the program. Each workout session will incorporate footwork, explosiveness, balance, coordination, body control, flexibility and bodyweight strength exercises.
Youth athletes and children between the ages of 6 and 12 can be trained individually or in a group setting depending on age and development skills. It is preferred that youth sessions are grouped with like abilities and or age.
