Katzenmoyer Performance has helped me become the athlete that I am today. My quality of life has also improved over the last two years. I have felt myself become much faster without even doing one sprint, I can now lift much more than I could before.
It truly works they show your weight increasing with each session.
I have noticed that I can keep up with the kids that are 160 pounds when I weigh 225 pounds, most times I even beat them. I give full credit to this to Katzenmoyer performance.
Each time I go in I know I am becoming a better athlete. I now need less sleep to feel the same I did before going to Katzenmoyer Performance. I also now want to watch what I eat by just them talking to me, influencing me to just paying attention to what I eat. My weight has dropped to where I want it to be for my lacrosse season.
